Welcome to Huntington Estates!
Situated just 30 miles west of downtown Chicago, and within the city limits of Naperville, Huntington Estates is a family focused community consisting of more than 320 single-family homes. The residents are fortunate to have a pool within the subdivision and each year the association invites approximately 275 additional families to become members of the pool. The Water Polo and Swim Teams are popular activities open to our members each summer. Huntington Estates also offers members a top-rated summer Tennis Program including lessons, team play and round robins. Swimming lessons and Water Aerobics are offered at the pool, as well. MEMBERSHIP REFUND POLICY
April 1, 2012 is the last day to request a membership refund. We start processing information into our database, creating pool passes and activating memberships for the season after that date. In addition, the accounting firm is involved in monitoring payments and depositing funds. There are no exceptions to this policy.
RETURNED CHECK POLICY
There will be a $25 fee assessed for any checks returned by the bank for insufficient funds.

Notice to all Homeowners
If you are planning to sell your house, you must instruct your realtor that a letter from Moser and Heier Accounting Services is necessary before you can settle. Requests for this letter must be made in writing and received at least two weeks before the closing date. Mail requests to:
