| HEAD COACH: Paul Desruisseaux
Paul swam and played water polo for back-to-back IHSA State Champion Fremd High School from 1991-95, Palatine Park District from 1992-99, and he attended Northern Illinois University on a swimming scholarship from 1995-99. Paul was a multiple medalist at the IHSA state finals, Illinois Senior Championships, and Junior Nationals.
Paul began his coaching career in 1998 in Palatine. From 2000-2003, he was the assistant boys swimming and water polo coach at Naperville Central HS. Then from 2003-2008, he was the Head Boys Swim Coach and Assistant Water Polo Coach at Homewood-Flossmoor High School and Lincoln-Way East High Schools. Paul's teams won the IHSA Sectional meet all five years, and he was voted Sectional Coach of the Year on three occasions. Paul also has coached with the LWSA Gators from 2006-2008, and the Academy Bullets from 2008-present. Paul married his wife, Karen, in the summer of 2009, and they welcomed a baby girl, Anne, on August 17th, 2010.

| Assistant Coach: Kevin Patterson
Kevin Patterson has been playing water polo competitively since the age of 8. He played at Cress Creek Country Club in the summer and played club with West Suburban Water Polo. He has been coached by some of the best coaches in the midwest and can't wait to help out Huntington Estates this summer. In high school, Kevin swims and plays water polo at Neuqua Valley. He was on Neuqua's varsity swim team this past year and has been on the varsity polo team all three years. He will begin his senior year at Neuqua this coming fall.

| Assistant Coach: Austin Katz
Austin just completed his freshman year at Chapman University in Orange, California where he was a member of their Water Polo Team. He graduated from Naperville North High School in 2010 where he was a 4 year varsity player and Captain of the Mens Water Polo Team. He has played water polo for 10+ years and was an Assistant Sea Hawk coach in 2010. Austins honors and experience includes:
- Record holder at NNHS 148 goals in one season
- MVP - Naperville North High School (2010)
- All Sectional and All State IHSA Water Polo (09,10)
- Junior Olympic Team West Suburban Water Polo (07,08, 09, 10)
- USWP- Midwest Zone Olympic Dev. Program Travel Team (09, 10)
- Academic All American US Water Polo (09, 10)
- West Suburban Water Polo Club (2004 to present)
Austin has looks forward to working with the Seahawks again this summer.
